Today was a blah kind of day.....

Today was a day filled with taking care of annoying bills, phone calls etc.  I did get a nice suprise from a friend from college that I had not heard from in a few months.  He and his family live in California and it was great to catch up. 

Found out about a yucky meeting that I have on Monday that is going to take up my whole day, which I had not expected.  That will be hard on my body, and I am sure the next few days I will pay for it with swollen feet and pain.  I emailed a couple of good friends that I know will be praying for me and that helps.  There are so many things to consider when planning for an "outing" of any sort, and I am definately not looking forward to it. 

On one hand, it will be good to get it over with but on the other....it is gonna be a rough, not fun day.  I hate days like that when there are good AND bad aspects to it.  I am sure I will survive, but right now it looks scary.  I really need to learn how to trust God more and when I put things in His Hands, I need to learn how to leave them there and not take them back.  He is much more capable of taking care of this than I am.
